• Fall 2018: Establish Website Steering Committee; Complete Staff Intranet Mini-Pilot Project; Establish open source WordPress CMS cloud-based webserver.
  • January 2019: Complete Staff and Community Internet Website Input Surveys and Additional Data Collection.
  • February 2019: Compile and Share Survey Results and Additional Data Collected.
  • March/April 2019: Design work informed by above data; Establish closed source CMS cloud-based webserver.
  • May 2019: Complete design beta preview and release to public and staff for feedback/revision; continue to move forward on department-by-department input meetings to prepare for transition to new website.
  • June 2019: Revise design based on above feedback; begin initial hands-on training of key staff.
  • June 2019: Hands-on training of key staff and access to content modification (started in late May; continues into July).
  • July 2019: Beta version of new website available to public / staff for input and testing.
  • August 2019: Old website turned off; new website is fully live.
  • Ongoing: Continued support; refresher trainings; review; and updates.
